Up to 4 – 8 hours (gym only) $150.00
Over 8 hours per day (gym only) additional $20/hour
Overnight rental $200.00/night
Use of Kitchen with gym rental $75.00
Small Meeting Room
Up to 4 hours $50.00
Up to 4 – 8 hours $75.00
Over 8 hours per day additional $10/hour
Overnight Rental $100.00/night
Trash Fee $50.00
Floor Cleaning Fee $100.00
$250.00 Deposit and payment required with signed rental contract prior to day of event.
